Live Map Dashboard: Complete Fleet Visibility
Know exactly where your fleet is and what's happening in the field - in real time.
GPS tracking integration - displays all active jobs on an interactive map. Watch as drivers progress through their routes, with automatic updates as they move between stops. The system shows both planned routes (your intended path) and actual routes (where drivers actually travel), giving you complete visibility into field operations.
Stop status monitoring - tracks each collection, delivery, and waypoint through its lifecycle: Pending → Arrived → Completed. You can see at a glance which stops are pending, where drivers have arrived, and what's been completed—eliminating constant "where are you?" phone calls.
Public tracking portals - let you share real-time job progress with customers. Generate a secure tracking link and send it via email—no login required for your customer. They can watch their delivery progress in real time, dramatically reducing status inquiry calls to your office.
Route visualization - displays both planned and actual paths. See the route you intended (blue line) overlaid with the path your driver actually took (green line), plus GPS breadcrumb trails showing the complete journey history.
Business Impact: Proactive customer communication, reduced phone interruptions, and the ability to spot and resolve issues before they become problems.
